Article D4233-9 of the French Public Health Code

Candidate pairs or full candidates, together with their alternates, standing for election to the regional and central councils shall send their joint declaration of candidacy to the head office of the council concerned or, for section E, to the head office of the local delegation, by any means that allows the date of receipt to be acknowledged.

Declarations received after the date set in article D. 4233-7 for the submission of candidatures are inadmissible.

Candidates must confirm their undertaking to comply with the provisions of this code when carrying out their duties as members of the Association.

Withdrawal of candidacy is not possible after the closing date and time for applications.

Les binômes de candidats ou les candidats, titulaires, présentés avec leurs suppléants, en vue des élections des conseils régionaux et centraux adressent leur déclaration conjointe de candidature au siège du conseil concerné ou, pour la section E, au siège de la délégation locale, par tout moyen permettant d’en accuser la date de réception.

Une déclaration parvenue après la date des dépôts de candidatures prévue à l’article D. 4233-7 est irrecevable.

Les candidats y confirment leur engagement à respecter les dispositions du présent code dans l’exercice de leurs fonctions ordinales.

Le retrait de candidature n’est pas possible au-delà de la date et de l’heure de clôture des dépôts des candidatures.
