Files may be examined by rapporteurs from outside the committee, appointed by decision of the ministers responsible for education and health. These rapporteurs may be asked to sit on the committee in an advisory capacity.

L’instruction des dossiers peut être confiée à des rapporteurs extérieurs à la commission, désignés par décision des ministres chargés de l’éducation et de la santé. Ces rapporteurs peuvent être appelés à siéger à la commission avec voix consultative.
