Article D4241-4 of the French Public Health Code

Candidates preparing for the pharmacy assistant vocational diploma through continuing vocational training may benefit from a positioning decision issued by the academy rector in application of article D. 337-104 of the Education Code if they can prove that they have studied or worked beyond the conditions set out in articles D. 4241-2 and D. 4241-3 or if they have been exempted from one or more tests or units making up the diploma under articles D. 4241-5 and D. 4241-6.

For candidates preparing for the pharmacy assistant vocational diploma through an apprenticeship, the total duration of the training may be reduced or extended under the conditions laid down by the French Labour Code.

Les candidats préparant le brevet professionnel de préparateur en pharmacie par la voie de la formation professionnelle continue peuvent bénéficier d’une décision de positionnement prononcée par le recteur d’académie en application de l’article D. 337-104 du code de l’éducation dès lors qu’ils justifient d’études ou d’activités professionnelles au-delà des conditions fixées par les articles D. 4241-2 et D. 4241-3 ou qu’ils bénéficient de la dispense d’une ou plusieurs épreuves ou unités constitutives du diplôme au titre des articles D. 4241-5 et D. 4241-6.

Pour les candidats préparant le brevet professionnel de préparateur en pharmacie par la voie de l’apprentissage, la durée totale de la formation peut être réduite ou allongée dans les conditions prévues par le code du travail.
