Article D4241-5 of the French Public Health Code

Candidates who hold certain French or foreign diplomas or qualifications may be exempted from one or more of the professional tests or units that make up the pharmacy technician vocational diploma (brevet professionnel de préparateur en pharmacie) under the conditions laid down by order of the ministers responsible for education and health.
