Article D4311-28 of the French Public Health Code

In the light of the information contained in the application, the committee determines, for each candidate, the content of the additional training prior to obtaining the State nursing diploma, with particular regard to the content of the programme of studies leading to the State diploma. The total duration of this training may not be less than six months.

Au vu des éléments du dossier, la commission fixe, pour chaque candidat, le contenu de la formation complémentaire préalable à l’obtention du diplôme d’Etat d’infirmier ou d’infirmière, au regard notamment du contenu du programme des études conduisant au diplôme d’Etat. La durée globale de cette formation ne peut être inférieure à six mois.
