For budgets voted by nature, the budget article corresponds to the most detailed subdivision of the nomenclature defined by the decree provided for in article L. 4312-2, supplemented by the transaction number for investment transactions and transactions on behalf of third parties.

The chapters entitled “Unforeseen expenditure”, “Transfer from the operating section”, “Transfer to the investment section” and “Proceeds from the disposal of fixed assets” do not include any articles.

Pour les budgets votés par nature, l’article budgétaire correspond à la subdivision la plus détaillée de la nomenclature définie par l’arrêté prévu à l’article L. 4312-2, complété du numéro d’opération pour les opérations d’investissement et les opérations pour le compte de tiers.

Les chapitres intitulés ” Dépenses imprévues “, ” Virement de la section de fonctionnement “, ” Virement à la section d’investissement ” et ” Produits des cessions d’immobilisations ” ne comportent pas d’article.
