Article D4311-55-1 of the French Public Health Code

The conseil national de l’ordre shall determine which of the duties mentioned in the second paragraph of article L. 4125-3-1 give rise to the payment of a responsibility allowance.

It shall set the amount of this allowance, which may be revised annually, per half-day of actual presence, depending on the duties and workload.

The annual amount of this allowance may not exceed, for the year in question, three times the annual ceiling provided for in the first paragraph of article L. 241-3 of the Social Security Code.

Article D4311-55-1

Le conseil national de l’ordre détermine, parmi les fonctions mentionnées au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 4125-3-1, celles donnant lieu au versement d’une indemnité de responsabilité.

Il fixe le montant de cette indemnité, révisable annuellement, par demi-journée de présence effective en fonction des missions et des charges de travail.

Le montant annuel de cette indemnité ne peut excéder, pour l’année considérée, trois fois le plafond annuel prévu au premier alinéa de l’article L. 241-3 du code de la sécurité sociale.
