Article D4354-2 of the French Public Health Code

Subject to the provisions of articles L. 4351-11 and L. 4352-5, the regional health agency and the armed forces health service shall implement the appropriate procedures in order to ensure the authenticity of the supporting documents produced by the applicant and, where applicable, the legality of the authorisation to practise, in particular by comparing them with the information obtained from the authority which issued the evidence of formal qualifications or the certificate in lieu thereof.

Sous réserve des dispositions des articles L. 4351-11 et L. 4352-5, l’agence régionale de santé et le service de santé des armées mettent en œuvre les procédures appropriées afin de s’assurer de l’authenticité des pièces justificatives produites par le demandeur ainsi que, le cas échéant, de la régularité de l’autorisation d’exercice, notamment par leur confrontation des informations obtenues auprès de l’autorité ayant délivré le titre de formation ou l’attestation qui en tient lieu.
