Article D4354-7 of the French Public Health Code

Persons who have obtained, within the last three years, evidence of the training or authorisation required to practise the profession of medical electroradiology technician or medical laboratory technician, but who are not practising this profession, shall register with the regional health agency of their place of residence or with any other regional health agency.

The agency shall proceed with registration after verifying the supporting identity documents presented or forwarded by the person concerned.

Until the system provided for in article L. 4351-11 and article L. 4352-5 has been implemented, the agency will also verify the authenticity of the documents presented or forwarded by the person concerned to prove their training qualification by comparing them with the information obtained, in particular from the bodies that issued the qualification.

Article D4354-7

Les personnes ayant obtenu depuis moins de trois ans un titre de formation ou une autorisation requis pour l’exercice de la profession de manipulateur d’électroradiologie médicale ou de technicien de laboratoire médical mais qui n’exercent pas cette profession s’enregistrent auprès de l’agence régionale de santé de leur domicile ou de toute autre agence régionale de santé.

L’agence procède à l’enregistrement après vérification des pièces justificatives d’identité présentées ou transmises par l’intéressé.

Jusqu’à la mise en œuvre du dispositif prévu à l’article L. 4351-11 et à l’article L. 4352-5, l’agence procède également à la vérification de l’authenticité des documents présentés ou transmis par l’intéressé pour justifier de son titre de formation par leur confrontation avec les informations obtenues, notamment auprès des organismes ayant délivré ce titre.
