Article D4365-1 of the French Public Health Code

Articles D. 4333-1 to D. 4333-6-1 are applicable to hearing-aid acousticians, opticians, prosthetists and orthotists for the fitting of orthopaedic devices to disabled persons, subject to the following adaptations:

1° In the second sentence of the first paragraph of Article D. 4333-1, the words “in Article L. 4333-1” are replaced by the words “in Articles L. 4361-2, L. 4362-1 and L. 4364-2”;

2° In Article D. 4333-2, the words: “Article L. 4333-1-1” are replaced by the words: “Articles L. 4361-2-1, L. 4362-1-1 and L. 4364-3”;

3° In the first paragraph of article D. 4333-6-1, the words: “of article L. 4333-1” are replaced by the words: “of articles L. 4361-2, L. 4362-1 and D. 4364-18”.

Article D4365-1

Les articles D. 4333-1 à D. 4333-6-1 sont applicables aux audioprothésistes, aux opticiens-lunetiers, aux prothésistes et aux orthésistes pour l’appareillage des personnes handicapées, sous réserve des adaptations suivantes :

1° Dans la deuxième phrase du premier alinéa de l’article D. 4333-1, les mots : ” à l’article L. 4333-1 ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” aux articles L. 4361-2, L. 4362-1 et L. 4364-2 ” ;

2° A l’article D. 4333-2, les mots : ” de l’article L. 4333-1-1 ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” des articles L. 4361-2-1, L. 4362-1-1 et L. 4364-3 ” ;

3° Au premier alinéa de l’article D. 4333-6-1, les mots : ” de l’article L. 4333-1 ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” des articles L. 4361-2, L. 4362-1 et D. 4364-18 ”.
