Article D4391-1 of the French Public Health Code

I.-The following are set by order of the Minister for Health:

1° The programme and procedures for the preparatory training for the State diploma in nursing assistance ;

2° The conditions for awarding this diploma.
This diploma can be obtained by validating experience, the organisational procedures for which are set by order of the Minister for Health.

II -The Minister of Defence may, by order, in order to take account of the particular conditions under which they perform their duties, provide for adaptations to the organisation of the training of the students mentioned in article L. 4383-2-1.

Article D4391-1

I.-Sont fixés par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé :

1° Le programme et les modalités de la formation préparatoire au diplôme d’Etat d’aide-soignant ;

2° Les conditions de délivrance de ce diplôme.
Ce diplôme peut être obtenu par la validation des acquis de l’expérience dont les modalités d’organisation sont fixées par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé.

II.-Le ministre de la défense peut, par arrêté, afin de tenir compte des conditions particulières d’exercice de leurs fonctions, prévoir des adaptations à l’organisation de la formation des élèves mentionnés à l’article L. 4383-2-1.
