An individual file concerning the activity, as a judicial police officer and for the entire jurisdiction, of each of the civil servants and military personnel authorised to exercise the attributions attached to the status of judicial police officer is kept permanently at the public prosecutor’s office of each court of appeal where appropriate in a dematerialised manner.
This file includes in particular:
1° The request(s) for authorisation, as well as the documents attached thereto;
2° A copy of the decisions handed down by the judicial authority pursuant to the provisions of the articles 16-1,16-3, 224 à 229, R. 15-2 et R. 15-5, and in particular a copy of the authorisation orders;
3° Notice of any promotions the person concerned may have received since being assigned to the jurisdiction of the court of appeal;
4° A copy of any document issued by a magistrate or a department exercising inspection powers and relating to the performance of the judicial activities of the person concerned;
5° The ratings drawn up pursuant to the provisions below.
The file shall be communicated to the Examining Magistrate’s Chamber when the matter is referred to it under the conditions laid down in Article 225.
