Article D440-11 of the French Commercial code

The Chairman and Vice-Chairman shall ensure the anonymity of all documents, investigation reports and information gathered before they are communicated to the Trade Practices Review Commission.

To this end, the secretariat of the commission shall remove any mention of names or, where appropriate, withdraw documents that make a person or company identifiable.

Le président et le vice-président veillent à assurer l’anonymat de tous documents, rapports d’enquête et informations recueillis avant leur communication à la commission d’examen des pratiques commerciales.

A cette fin, le secrétariat de la commission supprime toute mention nominative ou, le cas échéant, retire les pièces rendant identifiable une personne ou une entreprise.
