Article D45-10 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The automatic increase in fixed fines provided for by the last paragraph of article 495-18 is recorded by the Public Prosecutor, who mentions it on the enforcement order provided for in the first paragraph of Article 495-19.

The enforcement order shall mention in an annex, for each fine, the identity and domicile of the person concerned, the place and date of the offence and the amount of the increased fixed fine.

The enforcement order, signed by the public prosecutor, shall be sent to the accounting officer of the Directorate General of Public Finances.

La majoration de plein droit des amendes forfaitaires prévue par le dernier alinéa de l’article 495-18 est constatée par le procureur de la République qui la mentionne sur le titre exécutoire prévu par le premier alinéa de l’article 495-19.

Le titre exécutoire mentionne en annexe, pour chaque amende, l’identité et le domicile de l’intéressé, le lieu et la date du délit et le montant de l’amende forfaitaire majorée.

Le titre exécutoire, signé par le procureur de la République, est transmis au comptable de la direction générale des finances publiques.
