Article D45-2-7 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The person against whom a warrant of committal with deferred effect has been issued shall be informed that if he or she fails, except on legitimate grounds or, in the absence of provisional execution, to exercise the remedies, to comply with the obligations laid down in 1° and 2° of Article D. 45-2-3, the prison sentence may be enforced at any time by the police. This information will be included in the summons given to the defendant at the end of the hearing or at a later date.

La personne à l’encontre de laquelle a été décerné un mandat de dépôt à effet différé est informée que si elle ne satisfait pas, sauf motif légitime ou, en l’absence d’exécution provisoire, exercice des voies de recours, aux obligations prévues aux 1° et 2° de l’article D. 45-2-3, la peine d’emprisonnement pourra être mise à exécution à tout moment par la force publique. Cette information figure dans la convocation qui lui est remise à l’issue de l’audience ou ultérieurement.
