In accordance with the provisions of 11° bis of I of Article 23 of Law no. 2003-239 of 18 March 2003 for internal security, the public prosecutor shall inform the manager of the wanted persons file of bans imposed pursuant to l’article 706-136.

Conformément aux dispositions du 11° bis du I de l’article 23 de la loi n° 2003-239 du 18 mars 2003 pour la sécurité intérieure, le ministère public informe le gestionnaire du fichier des personnes recherchées des interdictions prononcées en application de l’article 706-136.
