Where the person in respect of whom one or more of the measures provided for in Article 706-136 is involuntarily hospitalised, either pursuant to the provisions of Article L. 3213-1 of the Public Health Code, or pursuant to the provisions of Article 706-135 of this Code, the public prosecutor shall send the director of the establishment in which the person is hospitalised a document setting out these prohibitions.
When the person’s condition allows him to understand the content, the director notifies him of this document against a receipt, which is then returned to the public prosecutor.

The director of the establishment shall remind or notify the person of this decision in the same way at the latest when the involuntary hospitalisation is terminated and shall inform the public prosecutor.
