Article D47-4 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

People who hold a national diploma attesting to training of a duration at least equal to four years of higher education after the baccalaureate, who meet the conditions for access to the civil service and who can provide evidence of a minimum of four years’ professional experience may perform the duties of specialised assistant to a judicial court referred to in articles 52-1,704,705 and 705-1, if the diploma validates training in at least one of the following subjects:

I.-Accounting;

II.-Finance;

III.-Corporate management;

IV.-Business law;

V.-Commercial law;

VI.-Monetary and financial law;

VII.-Urban planning law;

VIII.-Intellectual property law;

VII.Intellectual property law;

IX.-Consumer law;

X.-Tax law;

XI.-Customs law;

XII.-Banking law;

XIII.-Stock exchange law;

XIV.-Public procurement law;

XV.-Competition law.

Article D47-4

Les personnes titulaires d’un diplôme national sanctionnant une formation d’une durée au moins égale à quatre années d’études supérieures après le baccalauréat, remplissant les conditions d’accès à la fonction publique et justifiant d’une expérience professionnelle minimale de quatre années peuvent exercer les fonctions d’assistant spécialisé auprès d’un tribunal judiciaire visé aux articles 52-1,704,705 et 705-1, si le diplôme valide une formation dans l’une au moins des matières suivantes :

I.-Comptabilité ;

II.-Finances ;

III.-Gestion des entreprises ;

IV.-Droit des affaires ;

V.-Droit commercial ;

VI.-Droit monétaire et financier ;

VII.-Droit de l’urbanisme ;

VIII.-Droit de la propriété intellectuelle ;

IX.-Droit de la consommation ;

X.-Droit fiscal ;

XI.-Droit douanier ;

XII.-Droit bancaire ;

XIII.-Droit boursier ;

XIV.-Droit des marchés publics ;

XV.-Droit de la concurrence.
