Article D5211-18-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

A. – The provisions of A of article D. 2312-3 are applicable to public establishments for inter-municipal cooperation which include at least one municipality of 3,500 inhabitants or more.

B. – The provisions of B of Article D. 2312-3 are applicable to public establishments for inter-municipal cooperation with more than 10,000 inhabitants and which include at least one municipality with 3,500 inhabitants or more.

C. – The report provided for in article L. 2312-1 is sent by the public establishment for inter-municipal cooperation to the mayors of the communes that are members within fifteen days of its examination by the deliberative assembly. It is made available to the public at the head office of the public cooperation body, within fifteen days of the budgetary orientation debate being held. The public is notified of the availability of these documents by any means.

A. – Les dispositions du A de l’article D. 2312-3 sont applicables aux établissements publics de coopération intercommunale qui comprennent au moins une commune de 3 500 habitants et plus.

B. – Les dispositions du B de l’article D. 2312-3 sont applicables aux établissements publics de coopération intercommunale de plus de 10 000 habitants et qui comprennent au moins une commune de 3 500 habitants et plus.

C. – Le rapport prévu à l’article L. 2312-1 est transmis par l’établissement public de coopération intercommunale aux maires des communes qui en sont membres dans un délai de quinze jours à compter de son examen par l’assemblée délibérante. Il est mis à la disposition du public au siège de l’établissement public de coopération, dans les quinze jours suivants la tenue du débat d’orientation budgétaire. Le public est avisé de la mise à disposition de ces documents par tout moyen.
