Article D5211-18-3 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The document provided for in Article L. 5211-39-2 describes, at the date of the request or initiative and on the basis of the information provided, the effects of the implementation of the planned operation on the organisation of the services of the municipalities or public establishments for inter-municipal cooperation concerned and on the staff assigned to these services.

It indicates, where applicable, whether these operations trigger transfers of personnel or the making available of all or part of services.

Le document prévu à l’article L. 5211-39-2 décrit, à la date de la demande ou de l’initiative et sur la base des informations communiquées, les effets de la mise en œuvre de l’opération envisagée sur l’organisation des services des communes ou des établissements publics de coopération intercommunale concernés ainsi que sur les personnels affectés dans ces services.
