I.-In order to draw up the declaration relating to the employment obligation, the bodies mentioned in articles L. 213-1 and L. 752-4 of the Social Security Code or in article L. 723-2 of the Rural and Maritime Fishing Code shall send the employer the following information by 15 March of the year following the year in respect of which this declaration is made, taking into account all the declarations provided for inarticle L. 133-5-3 of the Social Security Code received by 15 February of the same year:
the number of employees covered by the obligation to employ, as referred to in article D. 5212-1 ;
-the number of beneficiaries of the obligation to employ to be employed under the obligation to employ, calculated in accordance with the procedures laid down in article D. 5212-2 ;
-the number of beneficiaries of the obligation to employ as referred to in article L. 5212-13, excluding employees made available by temporary employment agencies and employer groups, calculated in accordance with the procedures laid down in article D. 5212-3;
-the number of employees in jobs requiring special skills, calculated in accordance with the procedures laid down in article D. 5212-1 for the number of employees subject to the obligation to report.
II – By way of derogation from the first paragraph of I, when the employer employs employees who are partly covered by the bodies mentioned respectively in articles L. 213-1 and L. 752-4 of the Social Security Code andarticle L. 723-2 of the Rural and Maritime Fishing Code, the body which sends the employer the information mentioned in the previous paragraphs is the body to which the majority of its employees belong, determined in accordance with the conditions mentioned in article D. 5212-1.
