Article D5221-21-1 of the French Labour Code

The salary threshold mentioned in 2° and 3° of article R. 5221-21 and in article L. 422-11 and the second paragraph of the article L. 421 4 du code de l’entrée et du séjour des étrangers et du droit d’asile is set at one and a half times the amount of the minimum monthly remuneration.

Article D5221-21-1

Le seuil de rémunération mentionné aux 2° et 3° de l’article R. 5221-21 et à l’article L. 422-11 et au second alinéa de l’article L. 421 4 du code de l’entrée et du séjour des étrangers et du droit d’asile est fixé à une fois et demie le montant de la rémunération minimale mensuelle.
