Article D531-1 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons shall communicate the following information to the French Office for Immigration and Integration without delay:
1° The date on which the application for asylum was lodged;
2° The procedure followed;
3° The date of the decision closing the application or declaring it inadmissible;
4° The date and meaning of the final decision taken by the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons or the National Court for the Right of Asylum on the application for asylum and the date of its notification.

L’Office français de protection des réfugiés et apatrides communique sans délai à l’Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration les informations suivantes :
1° La date d’introduction de la demande d’asile ;
2° La procédure suivie ;
3° La date de la décision de clôture ou d’irrecevabilité ;
4° La date et le sens de la décision définitive prise par l’Office français de protection des réfugiés et apatrides ou la Cour nationale du droit d’asile sur la demande d’asile ainsi que la date de sa notification.
