Article D549-4 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The information made public by a publication system approved in accordance with Article L. 549-11 shall include at least the following items:

1° The identifier identifying the financial instrument;

2° The price at which the transaction was concluded;

3° The volume of the transaction;

4° The time of the transaction;

5° The time at which the transaction was published;

6° The price unit of the transaction;

7° The code of the trading platform on which the transaction was executed or the “SI” code if the transaction was executed via a systematic internaliser or, if not, the “OTC” code;

8° Where applicable, an indicator showing that the transaction was subject to special conditions.

Les informations rendues publiques par un dispositif de publication agréé conformément à l’article L. 549-11 comprennent au moins les éléments suivants :

1° L’identifiant d’identification de l’instrument financier ;

2° Le prix auquel la transaction a été conclue ;

3° Le volume de la transaction ;

4° L’heure de la transaction ;

5° L’heure à laquelle la transaction a été publiée ;

6° L’unité de prix de la transaction ;

7° Le code de la plate-forme de négociation sur laquelle la transaction a été exécutée ou le code “ SI ” lorsque la transaction a été exécutée via un internalisateur systématique ou sinon le code “ OTC ” ;

8° Le cas échéant, un indicateur signalant que la transaction a été soumise à des conditions particulières.
