For the application in Mayotte of the provisions of article D. 5122-13, the hourly rate of the partial activity allowance may not be less than 7.09 euros.

If the employee receives remuneration determined as a percentage of the minimum inter-professional growth wage applicable in Mayotte and a collective agreement or branch or company agreement does not apply, the hourly rate of the partial activity allowance is capped at the employee’s gross hourly remuneration.

Pour l’application à Mayotte des dispositions de l’article D. 5122-13, le taux horaire de l’allocation d’activité partielle ne peut être inférieur à 7,09 euros.

Si le salarié perçoit une rémunération déterminée en pourcentage du salaire minimum interprofessionnel de croissance applicable à Mayotte et qu’une convention collective ou qu’un accord de branche ou d’entreprise ne s’applique pas, le taux horaire de l’allocation d’activité partielle est plafonné à la rémunération horaire brute du salarié.
