Achievement of the objectives and commitments is assessed using the monitoring and results indicators provided for in the contract, from among the indicators set at national level and the indicators mentioned in article R. 6122-24. For university hospital centres, this procedure takes into account the evaluation of the commitments included in the four-year contract signed with the university mentioned in article L. 711-1 of the Education Code.
The evaluation of the achievement of the quantitative objectives set out in the contract is carried out by the Director General of the Regional Health Agency in accordance with the planned timetable and at least once a year.
The results of this evaluation are presented in an annual progress report. This annual report is the subject of a discussion meeting between the Regional Health Agency and the health care organisation or authorisation holder, with a view to implementing any necessary corrective action or improvement projects. Where the contract includes commitments made under article L. 6147-10, the report is sent to the Minister for Defence.
The results of these annual assessments are included in the final report attached to the application for renewal of the contract, which is sent to the Regional Health Agency.
