Article D6132-9-1 of the French Public Health Code

The group medical commission may make proposals to the strategic committee on any operation aimed at implementing the shared medical project.

It may also formulate any proposal on the matters mentioned in II of article D. 6132-9, with a view in particular to developing and implementing the territorial policies mentioned in 1° to 9° of this II.

Article D6132-9-1

La commission médicale de groupement peut faire des propositions au comité stratégique sur toute opération visant à mettre en œuvre le projet médical partagé.

Elle peut également formuler toute proposition sur les matières mentionnées au II de l’article D. 6132-9, en vue notamment de l’élaboration et de la mise en œuvre des politiques territoriales mentionnées aux 1° à 9° de ce II.
