The regional psychiatric community brings together the psychiatric and mental health professionals who make up the community to offer patients coordinated and seamless prevention, care, rehabilitation and social reintegration services.

It contributes to the definition of the territorial mental health project.

It ensures that the actions that concern each of its members, as set out in the territorial mental health project, are incorporated into the medical project of each of its members.

It contributes to the operational implementation of the actions set out in the territorial mental health project, and to the monitoring and evaluation of its implementation.

La communauté psychiatrique de territoire fédère les acteurs de la psychiatrie et de la santé mentale qui la composent pour offrir aux patients des parcours de prévention, de soins, de réadaptation et de réinsertion sociale coordonnés et sans rupture.

Elle contribue à la définition du projet territorial de santé mentale.

Elle s’assure de la déclinaison, au sein du projet médical d’établissement de chacun des membres, des actions qui les concernent prévues par le projet territorial de santé mentale.

Elle concourt à la mise en œuvre opérationnelle des actions prévues par le projet territorial de santé mentale, au suivi et à l’évaluation de sa mise en œuvre.
