Article D6136-6 of the French Public Health Code

Subject to the agreement of its members, the representative of the territorial psychiatric community may be appointed as a member of the college of professionals and health service providers of the territorial health council referred to in article L. 1434-10, in accordance with the procedures laid down by an order of the Minister for Health.

Sous réserve de l’accord de ses membres, le représentant de la communauté psychiatrique de territoire peut être désigné comme membre du collège des professionnels et offreurs des services de santé du conseil territorial de santé mentionné à l’article L. 1434-10, selon les modalités fixées par un arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé.
