Article D6136-8 of the French Public Health Code

When one of the members of the territorial psychiatric community is part of or associated with a territorial hospital grouping, the territorial psychiatric community is involved by the grouping in drawing up, implementing and evaluating the psychiatry and mental health section of the shared medical project. The territorial psychiatric community and the territorial hospital grouping define the terms and conditions of their cooperation designed to take account of the guidelines of the territorial mental health project.

Lorsque l’un des membres de la communauté psychiatrique de territoire est partie ou associé à un groupement hospitalier de territoire, la communauté psychiatrique de territoire est associée par le groupement à l’élaboration, la mise en œuvre et l’évaluation du volet psychiatrie et santé mentale du projet médical partagé. La communauté psychiatrique de territoire et le groupement hospitalier de territoire définissent les modalités de leur coopération destinée à prendre en compte les orientations du projet territorial de santé mentale.
