Article D6143-37-4 of the French Public Health Code

The chairman of the hospital medical committee, who is vice-chairman of the hospital board, has the material, financial and human resources to carry out his duties and ensure that the hospital medical committee functions properly.

The governance charter referred to in article L. 6143-7-3 sets out the material and human resources made available to him to carry out his duties, which include at least one member of staff chosen jointly with the director of the health care institution.

Le président de la commission médicale d’établissement, vice-président du directoire, dispose de moyens matériels, financiers et humains pour mener à bien ses missions et garantir le bon fonctionnement de la commission médicale d’établissement.

La charte de gouvernance mentionnée à l’article L. 6143-7-3 prévoit les moyens matériels et humains mis à sa disposition pour assurer ses missions, qui comprennent notamment au moins la mise à disposition d’un collaborateur choisi conjointement avec le directeur de l’établissement.
