I.-The institutions authorised by the Regional Health Agency to sign a contract for the assignment of receivables notified as a discount pursuant to article D. 6145-72-2 are included in the regional cash flow supervision arrangements and submit a provisional cash flow plan to the Regional Health Agency on a monthly basis.
If the institution is required to produce a recovery plan in accordance with article L. 6143-3, the director submits an update of this plan.
II -Facilities meeting the criteria mentioned in Article D. 6145-72-1 which have signed a contract for the assignment of receivables notified for discounting purposes must submit an annual cash flow forecast to the Regional Health Agency.
III -At least one month before signing the contract for the assignment of discounted receivables concluded in application of Article D. 6145-72-1 or Article D. 6145-72-2, the director of the institution informs the Director General of the Regional Health Agency, the public accountant responsible for the institution, as well as the director of the fund and its accounting agent mentioned in Article L. 174-2 of the Social Security Code.
