Article D615-4 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The Government Commissioners attend meetings of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board, as well as General Meetings. They are also invited to attend meetings of the committees and commissions responsible for preparing the decisions of the aforementioned bodies or having received delegated powers from them.

The Government Commissioners may ask the body to provide them with any document or information necessary for the performance of their duties.

The body provides them with internal inspection and external audit reports, as well as inspection reports and decisions of the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution, which are necessary for the performance of their duties.

Les commissaires du Gouvernement participent aux séances du conseil d’administration et du conseil de surveillance ainsi qu’aux assemblées générales. Ils sont également invités aux réunions des comités et des commissions chargés de préparer les décisions des instances précitées ou ayant reçu de celles-ci des délégations de pouvoirs.

Les commissaires du Gouvernement peuvent se faire remettre par l’organisme tout document et communiquer tout renseignement nécessaire à l’exercice de leur mission.

L’organisme leur communique les rapports d’inspection internes et d’audit externes, ainsi que les rapports d’inspection et les décisions de l’Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution nécessaires à l’exercice de leur mission.
