Article D6153-1-8 of the French Public Health Code

The bonuses, allowances and reimbursements of expenses mentioned in 2° of Article R. 6153-1-7 are:

1° Where applicable, the allowance provided for in 1° of Article D. 6153-10-1;

2° Where applicable, the allowances linked to on-call duty performed under the conditions provided for in the second paragraph of Article R. 6153-1-5, and in accordance with the financial conditions mentioned in 2° of Article D. 6153-10-1; the amount of the allowances for medical on-call duty is set by joint order of the ministers responsible for health, the budget and the civil service; 3° An annual supervised autonomy bonus. 6153-10-1; the amount of compensation for medical on-call duty is set by joint order of the Ministers of Health, the Budget and the Civil Service;

3° An annual supervised autonomy bonus, paid monthly according to progress in the curriculum, the amount of which is set according to the same terms and conditions;

4° Compensation for participation, outside service obligations, in teaching and competitive examination juries, in teaching and in the training of hospital establishment staff. The amount and conditions for awarding these allowances are set by order of the ministers responsible for higher education, health, the budget and the civil service;

5° Where applicable, reimbursement of travel expenses under the conditions set out in 5° of article D. 6153-10-1;

6° Where applicable, the flat-rate transport allowance provided for in 7° of the same article;

7° Where applicable, the flat-rate accommodation allowance provided for in 8° of the same article;

8° Where applicable, the special allowance provided for in 9° of the same article;

9° Where applicable, the reimbursement of transport costs provided for in 10° of the same article.

Les primes, indemnités et remboursements de frais mentionnés au 2° de l’article R. 6153-1-7 sont :

1° Le cas échéant, l’indemnité prévue au 1° de l’article D. 6153-10-1 ;

2° Le cas échéant, les indemnités liées au service de gardes et astreintes réalisées dans les conditions prévues au deuxième alinéa de l’article R. 6153-1-5, et selon les conditions financières mentionnées au 2° de l’article D. 6153-10-1 ; le montant des indemnités de gardes et astreintes médicales est fixé par arrêté conjoint des ministres chargés de la santé, du budget et de la fonction publique ;

3° Une prime d’autonomie supervisée annuelle, versée mensuellement en fonction de l’avancement dans le cursus, dont le montant est fixé selon les mêmes modalités ;

4° Des indemnités pour participation, en dehors des obligations de service, à des enseignements et aux jurys de concours, à l’enseignement et à la formation des personnels des établissements hospitaliers. Le montant et les conditions d’attribution de ces indemnités sont fixés par arrêté des ministres chargés de l’enseignement supérieur, de la santé, du budget et de la fonction publique ;

5° Le cas échéant, le remboursement des frais de déplacement dans les conditions prévues au 5° de l’article D. 6153-10-1 ;

6° Le cas échéant, l’indemnité forfaitaire de transport prévue au 7° du même article ;

7° Le cas échéant, l’indemnité forfaitaire d’hébergement prévue au 8° du même article ;

8° Le cas échéant, l’indemnité spéciale prévue au 9° du même article ;

9° Le cas échéant, le remboursement des frais de transport prévu au 10° du même article.
