The bonuses, allowances and reimbursements of expenses mentioned in 2° of article R. 6153-10 are :
1° If the intern is not provided with accommodation, food, heating and lighting in the establishment or organisation to which he or she is assigned, an allowance representing all or part of these benefits, as appropriate;
2° Where applicable, allowances linked to on-call duty in accordance with the procedures laid down by order of the ministers responsible for the budget, higher education and health;
3° A responsibility bonus, paid to interns in general medicine when they complete a supervised independent internship in ambulatory primary care and to interns in medicine, pharmacy and odontology from their fourth year of internship, the amount of which is set by order of the ministers in charge of the budget, higher education and health;
4° Allowances for participation, outside service obligations, in teaching and competitive examination juries, teaching and training of hospital establishment staff. The amount of these allowances and the conditions under which they are granted are set by order of the ministers responsible for the budget, higher education and health;
5° Where applicable, reimbursement of temporary travel expenses incurred by interns in the course of their duties if they are unable to use a hospital vehicle, under the conditions set out in the regulations applicable to hospital civil service staff;
6° For first and second year interns, a hardship allowance, the amount of which is set by order of the ministers in charge of the budget, higher education and health;
7° A fixed transport allowance, paid to interns who complete an outpatient placement where the location is more than fifteen kilometres away, both from the university hospital centre to which they are administratively attached and from their home. This allowance cannot be combined with any scheme for the total or partial reimbursement of transport costs paid directly to the person concerned. An order of the ministers responsible for the budget, higher education and health sets the amount and payment terms;
8° A flat-rate accommodation allowance paid to interns when they complete an outpatient placement located in a geographical area provided for in 1° of article L. 1434-4 or in I of article L. 5125-6 for pharmacy interns. Interns who are provided with accommodation by a local authority or a public establishment, or who receive financial assistance from a local authority for accommodation, or who are provided with accommodation free of charge, do not receive this allowance. An order of the ministers responsible for health, higher education, the budget and the civil service sets the amount and payment terms;
9° A special monthly allowance, not subject to contributions to the supplementary pension scheme and equal to 40% of the emoluments mentioned in 1° of article R. 6153-10, for interns who carry out their duties in an approved training centre within the meaning of the Education Code, in particular articles R. 632-27, R. 634-14 and D. 633-15, located in Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, La Réunion, Mayotte, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin or Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon;
10° Where applicable, reimbursement of transport costs, paid to interns previously domiciled in metropolitan France who are assigned to an approved training centre mentioned in 9°, when they settle in and when they return after their assignment, based on the cost of economy class air travel.
