Article D6162-13 of the French Public Health Code

The Director General of the Institut Gustave Roussy is assisted by a Deputy Director General. His duties are defined by order of the Minister of Health.

The Deputy Director General is appointed for a renewable period of five years by decision of the Director General of the Gustave Roussy Institute after receiving the opinion of the Board of Directors.

The Chief Executive Officer of the Gustave Roussy Institute may terminate the appointment of the Deputy Chief Executive Officer before the end of his or her term of office, after obtaining the opinion of the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Le directeur général de l’institut Gustave Roussy est assisté par un directeur général adjoint. Ses fonctions sont définies par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé.

Le directeur général adjoint est nommé, pour une période de cinq ans renouvelable, par décision du directeur général de l’institut Gustave Roussy après avis du conseil d’administration.

Le directeur général de l’institut Gustave Roussy peut mettre fin par anticipation au mandat du directeur général adjoint après avis du président du conseil d’administration.
