Article D6162-8 of the French Public Health Code

In application of article L. 6162-11, the composition of the Board of Directors of the Institut Gustave Roussy derogates from the provisions of articles L. 6162-7 and D. 6162-1 on the following points:

1° The member referred to in 1° of article L. 6162-7 is the Prefect of the Ile-de-France region, Prefect of Paris, who is ex officio Chairman of the Board of Directors;

2° In addition to the members mentioned in 2° to 6° of Article L. 6162-7, the Board of Directors includes a representative of the Val-de-Marne General Council and a representative of the Paris City Council, appointed from among their members by each of these assemblies;

3° In addition to the persons mentioned in the last paragraph of the same article, the Prefect of the Val-de-Marne department or his representative attends meetings of the Board of Directors in an advisory capacity;

4° The number of qualified personalities provided for in 2° of article D. 6162-1 is increased to five.

Par application de l’article L. 6162-11, la composition du conseil d’administration de l’institut Gustave Roussy déroge aux dispositions des articles L. 6162-7 et D. 6162-1 sur les points suivants :

1° Le membre prévu au 1° de l’article L. 6162-7 est le préfet de la région Ile-de-France, préfet de Paris, président de droit du conseil d’administration ;

2° Outre les membres mentionnés aux 2° à 6° de l’article L. 6162-7, le conseil d’administration comporte un représentant du conseil général du Val-de-Marne et un représentant du conseil de Paris, respectivement désignés en leur sein par chacune de ces assemblées ;

3° Outre les personnes mentionnées au dernier alinéa du même article, le préfet du département du Val-de-Marne ou son représentant participe aux séances du conseil d’administration avec voix consultative ;

4° Le nombre de personnalités qualifiées prévu au 2° de l’article D. 6162-1 est porté à cinq.
