Article D6162-9 of the French Public Health Code

The provisions of articles D. 6162-2 to D. 6162-7 are applicable to the Board of Directors of the Institut Gustave Roussy.

However, by way of derogation from 2° of article D. 6162-2, two of the five qualified personalities provided for in 4° of article D. 6162-8 are appointed respectively, one by the Minister responsible for research and the other by the Institut national de la santé et de la recherche médicale.

The provisions of the last paragraph of article D. 6162-2 also apply to the members provided for in 2° of article D. 6162-8.

The term of office of the representatives appointed by the local and regional authorities ends with each renewal of these assemblies. However, these members continue to sit on the Board of Directors until their replacement is appointed by the new assembly.

For the application of article D. 6162-7 to the Institut Gustave Roussy, the reference to 2° of article D. 6162-1 is replaced by a reference to 4° of article D. 6162-8.

Les dispositions des articles D. 6162-2 à D. 6162-7 sont applicables au conseil d’administration de l’institut Gustave Roussy.

Toutefois, par dérogation au 2° de l’article D. 6162-2, deux des cinq personnalités qualifiées prévues au 4° de l’article D. 6162-8 sont désignées respectivement, l’une, par le ministre chargé de la recherche et, l’autre, par l’Institut national de la santé et de la recherche médicale.

Les dispositions du dernier alinéa de l’article D. 6162-2 s’appliquent également aux membres prévus au 2° de l’article D. 6162-8.

Le mandat des représentants désignés par les collectivités territoriales prend fin lors de chaque renouvellement de ces assemblées. Toutefois, ces membres continuent à siéger au sein du conseil d’administration jusqu’à la désignation de leur remplaçant par la nouvelle assemblée.

Pour l’application de l’article D. 6162-7 à l’institut Gustave Roussy, la référence au 2° de l’article D. 6162-1 est remplacée par une référence au 4° de l’article D. 6162-8.
