Organisations responsible for providing initial training for one of the health professions listed in Book III of Part IV are approved to provide the training provided for in Article L. 6211-4 to nurses and staff working in care or prevention structures.
The conditions for this training are laid down by the Minister for Health.
Sont agréés pour délivrer aux infirmiers et aux personnels relevant de structures de soins ou de prévention la formation prévue à l’article L. 6211-4 les organismes chargés d’assurer la formation initiale d’une des professions de santé énumérées au livre III de la partie IV.
Les conditions de cette formation sont arrêtées par le ministre chargé de la santé.
