Article D6221-16 of the French Public Health Code

The head of the medical biology laboratory holding the authorisation is required to declare without delay to the Minister responsible for health any change relating to the legal rules and technical operating standards of the laboratory included in the authorisation file.

Le responsable du laboratoire de biologie médicale titulaire de l’autorisation est tenu de déclarer sans délai au ministre chargé de la santé toute modification relative aux règles juridiques et aux normes techniques de fonctionnement du laboratoire figurant dans le dossier de l’autorisation.
