Article D6221-19 of the French Public Health Code

The Minister for Health shall maintain and make available to the public a register of medical biology laboratories established in another Member State of the European Union or party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area which have made the declaration provided for in 1° and 2° of Article L. 6221-4 or which have obtained the administrative authorisation provided for in 3° of the same article, as well as the medical biology tests for which they have accreditation or authorisation.

Article D6221-19

Le ministre chargé de la santé tient à jour et met à la disposition du public un registre des laboratoires de biologie médicale établi dans un autre Etat membre de l’Union européenne ou partie à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen ayant effectué la déclaration prévue au 1° et au 2° de l’article L. 6221-4 ou ayant obtenu l’autorisation administrative prévue au 3° du même article ainsi que les examens de biologie médicale pour lesquels ils disposent d’une accréditation ou d’une autorisation.
