Article D6221-32 of the French Public Health Code

The head of the medical biology laboratory established in another Member State of the European Union or party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area shall inform the Minister responsible for health without delay of any suspension or withdrawal of the accreditation, authorisation or approval issued by the competent authorities of the State in which it is established.

Le responsable du laboratoire de biologie médicale établi dans un autre Etat membre de l’Union européenne ou partie à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen informe sans délai le ministre chargé de la santé, en cas de suspension ou de retrait de l’accréditation, de l’autorisation ou de l’agrément délivré par les autorités compétentes de l’Etat dans lequel il est implanté.
