Article D6221-35 of the French Public Health Code

The application for authorisation must be accompanied, where appropriate, by a copy of the documents representing accreditation, authorisation or approval issued by the competent authorities of the State in which the laboratory has its registered office.

The application for authorisation and the attached documents must be accompanied by a certified translation into French.

La demande d’autorisation est accompagnée, le cas échéant, de la copie des documents valant accréditation, autorisation ou agrément délivrés par les autorités compétentes de l’Etat où le siège social du laboratoire est établi.

Le dossier de demande d’autorisation et les documents annexés sont assortis d’une traduction certifiée en français.
