Article D6221-36 of the French Public Health Code

Applications for authorisation may only be examined if they are accompanied by a complete file.

The application is deemed to be complete if, within one month of receipt, the Minister for Health has not informed the applicant, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, of the list of missing or incomplete documents.

Le dossier est réputé complet si, dans le délai d’un mois à compter de sa réception, le ministre chargé de la santé n’a pas fait connaître au demandeur, par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception, la liste des pièces manquantes ou incomplètes.
