Article D6221-45 of the French Public Health Code

The Minister for Health shall maintain and make available to the public a register of laboratories that have made the declaration provided for in the second paragraph of Article L. 6211-2-1 as it stood prior to the entry into force of Order no. 2010-49 of 13 January 2010 as amended relating to medical biology, or that have obtained the administrative authorisation provided for in the third paragraph of the same Article.

Le ministre chargé de la santé tient à jour et met à la disposition du public un registre des laboratoires ayant effectué la déclaration prévue au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 6211-2-1 dans sa rédaction antérieure à l’entrée en vigueur de l’ordonnance n° 2010-49 du 13 janvier 2010 modifiée relative à la biologie médicale ou ayant obtenu l’autorisation administrative prévue au troisième alinéa du même article.
