Article D6222-31 of the French Labour Code

The amounts of remuneration provided for in this sub-section are increased from the first day of the month following the day on which the apprentice reaches the age of eighteen, twenty-one or twenty-six.

Subject to more favourable contractual or collective agreement provisions, the increases provided for in this sub-section may not result in the apprentice receiving a salary in excess of 100% of the minimum growth wage.

The years of the contract completed before the apprentice has reached the age of eighteen, twenty-one or twenty-six are taken into account when calculating these amounts of remuneration.

Les montants des rémunérations prévues à la présente sous-section sont majorés à compter du premier jour du mois suivant le jour où l’apprenti atteint dix-huit ans ou vingt et un ans ou vingt-six ans.

Sous réserve de dispositions contractuelles ou conventionnelles plus favorables, les majorations prévues à la présente sous-section ne peuvent conduire l’apprenti à percevoir un salaire supérieur à 100 % du salaire minimum de croissance.


Les années du contrat exécutées avant que l’apprenti ait atteint l’âge de dix-huit ans ou vingt et un ans ou vingt-six ans sont prises en compte pour le calcul de ces montants de rémunération.
