Article D6222-33 of the French Labour Code

Except where a lower rate is provided for by a specific agreement or contract, the benefits in kind received by the apprentice may be deducted from the salary up to a limit of 75% of the deduction authorised for other workers by the applicable social security regulations.
These deductions may not exceed, each month, an amount equal to three quarters of the salary.

Excepté dans le cas où un taux moins élevé est prévu par une convention ou un contrat particulier, les avantages en nature dont bénéficie l’apprenti peuvent être déduits du salaire dans la limite de 75 % de la déduction autorisée, pour les autres travailleurs, par la réglementation applicable en matière de sécurité sociale.
Ces déductions ne peuvent excéder, chaque mois, un montant égal aux trois quarts du salaire.
