Article D6222-9 of the French Public Health Code

No later than two months before any change relating to the general organisation of the laboratory other than one of the site opening or transfer operations mentioned in the first paragraph of I and II of Article D. 6222-6 and any change in the biologist-in-charge or biologist-co-ordinator of the medical biology laboratory mentioned in Articles L. 6213-7 to L. 6213-10, the legal representative of the laboratory shall send the declaration provided for in the last paragraph of Article L. 6222-1 to the Regional Health Agency, by any means that provides a date certain for its receipt.

The Regional Health Agency shall acknowledge receipt of this declaration within one month of receipt. Within the same period, it may request additional information. This information is sent within two weeks of receipt of the agency’s request.

Au plus tard deux mois avant toute modification relative à l’organisation générale du laboratoire autre que l’une des opérations d’ouverture ou de transfert de site mentionnées au premier alinéa du I et du II de l’article D. 6222-6 ainsi que tout changement de biologiste-responsable ou de biologiste-coresponsable du laboratoire de biologie médicale mentionnés aux articles L. 6213-7 à L. 6213-10, le représentant légal du laboratoire adresse à l’agence régionale de santé la déclaration prévue au dernier alinéa de l’article L. 6222-1, par tout moyen permettant de conférer à sa réception une date certaine.

L’agence régionale de santé accuse réception de cette déclaration dans un délai d’un mois à compter de la réception. Dans le même délai, elle peut demander des informations complémentaires. Ces informations sont transmises dans le délai de deux semaines après réception de la demande de l’agence.
