Two identical types of ballot papers, printed in black on white paper, one bearing the answer “YES” and the other the answer “NO”, are provided by the collectivity of Saint-Barthélemy, in a number equal to that of the registered voters within its jurisdiction. They shall be sent to the local authority’s office no later than the Tuesday preceding the poll.
The ballot papers and the electoral envelopes shall be placed at the disposal of the electors in each polling station, under the responsibility of the president of the polling station.
On polling day, the local authority may supplement, as necessary, the quantities of ballot papers deposited in the polling stations.
