If a budgetary decision which is the subject of the transmission provided for in the second paragraph of Article LO 6262-7 is not adopted in real balance, the State representative shall refer the matter to the Chambre territoriale des comptes, in accordance with Article D. 6262-12. The procedure provided for in articles D. 6262-13 to D. 6262-15 shall be applied.
Si une décision budgétaire faisant l’objet de la transmission prévue au deuxième alinéa de l’article LO 6262-7 n’est pas adoptée en équilibre réel, le représentant de l’Etat en saisit la chambre territoriale des comptes, conformément à l’article D. 6262-12. Il est fait application de la procédure prévue aux articles D. 6262-13 à D. 6262-15.
